World Patient Safety Day Observed in Kamrup Metro

Guwahati, September 17: World Patient Safety Day was observed across health Institutions in Kamrup Metro with various awareness and health related activities.

In view of promoting patient safety, the health institutions conducted patient health check-ups, NCD screening, health check-ups for elderly persons and awareness programmes on patient safety.

Pledge taking programs were also organised among the doctors and staff of the health institutions, reaffirming their commitment to patient safety, quality healthcare and patient-centred service delivery.
