DHAC team Inspect Maibang CHC, Review School Science Block Construction

Maibang, May 26: A team led by CEM Debolal Gorlosa alongwith Chairman of the Dima Hasao Autonomous Council Mohet Hojai  Executive Member Probita Johori etc. visited the Maibang Community Health Centre (CHC) on Tuesday to review the cleanliness, healthcare facilities, and overall functioning of the institution.

During the inspection, the delegation interacted with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff and emphasized the need for maintaining hygiene, discipline, and dedicated service for the well-being of the people. The leaders stated that ensuring quality healthcare services and maintaining a clean and healthy environment for both patients and healthcare workers remain top priorities.

They also highlighted that accessible healthcare and proper sanitation are essential for building a progressive and healthy society. The visiting team assured that efforts would continue to strengthen the healthcare system in the region for the benefit of the public.

As part of the visit, the delegation planted saplings within the CHC premises as a symbolic gesture promoting environmental protection and a greener future. The leaders reiterated the importance of collective responsibility in preserving nature for future generations.

Later, the team inspected the ongoing construction work of the PM Shri Maibang Higher Secondary School Science Block building. During the inspection, they reviewed the progress of the project and stressed the importance of timely completion while maintaining quality standards so that students and the local community can benefit from improved educational infrastructure.
