Guwaati, 07th August: As part of the Pradhan Mantri TB Mukt Bharat Abhiyan, nutritional supplements were distributed among tuberculosis (TB) patients by Nikshay Mitra on 1st August, 2026 in Kamrup Metro District, Guwahati, Assam.
The initiative aimed to provide essential nutritional support to TB patients, recognizing that proper nutrition plays a vital role in treatment, recovery, and overall well-being.
The programme reflects the government's commitment to ensuring comprehensive care for TB patients through community participation and sustained support.
