Chiro Nutan Drawing Competition Draws Enthusiastic Participation in Pandu

 GUWAHATI, Aug 15: Local non-profit organisation Chiro Nutan hosted a grand drawing competition at its office in Joymati Nagar, Pandu, Guwahati, drawing an overwhelming response from young artists across the community.

Organised with no registration fee, the competition was aimed at ensuring that financial constraints did not prevent children and young artists from participating. The initiative provided an open and accessible platform for the community’s youth to showcase their creativity and artistic abilities.

The Chiro Nutan premises remained vibrant with artistic activity throughout the day as participants enthusiastically put their imagination onto canvas. Young artists explored various themes through their drawings, bringing a wide range of creative ideas and expressions to the competition.

The organisers expressed their delight at the enthusiastic response, with 30 participants from different categories taking part in the event. They said the initiative was conceived to encourage artistic expression among children and provide them with an opportunity to develop and display their creative talents without any financial barriers.

The strong participation and lively atmosphere reflected the growing interest among local children in creative and cultural activities. The organisers also expressed hope that such initiatives would continue to encourage young people to explore their artistic potential.

Following the successful completion of the competition, Chiro Nutan announced that the official prize distribution ceremony will be held on September 8, 2026, at the same venue in Joymati Nagar.

The upcoming ceremony will honour the winners and celebrate the efforts of all participants. Winners, participants and their parents have been invited to attend the programme, which will provide an opportunity to acknowledge and appreciate the young talents who took part in the competition.
