Emotional Farewell Paid to Late EM Samuel Changsan at DHAC Premises

 Haflong, April 4: A deeply emotional atmosphere prevailed at the Dima Hasao Autonomous Council (DHAC) premises on Saturday, as leaders, colleagues, and well-wishers gathered to pay their last respects to late Executive Member Samuel Changsan.
The final tribute was led by Chief Executive Member Debolal Gorlosa, along with Chairman Mohet Hojai, Executive Members (EMs), Members of Autonomous Council (MACs), and BJP Dima Hasao District President Dhrithi Thaosen. A large number of council staff and supporters were also present to offer their tribute.
The gathering reflected a profound sense of loss, as floral tributes were laid and prayers were offered in memory of the departed leader. Many present were seen visibly moved, remembering Samuel Changsan as a dedicated public servant and a compassionate leader.

Late Samuel Changsan was widely respected for his grounded nature and his close connection with the people. His untimely demise has left a void not only in the council but across the district.
As the final farewell was bid, the gathering stood united in grief, honoring a life devoted to public service and remembering a leader who will continue to live on in the hearts of the people.
