RRIH Guwahati Successfully Conducts One-Day Rashtriya Karmayogi Training Programme
Guwahati, November 16: The Regional Research Institute for Homoeopathy (RRIH), Guwahati, successfully organized a one-day Rashtriya Karmayogi Training Programme on 14 November 2025, bringing together participants from multiple units of the Central Council for Research in Homoeopathy (CCRH). The training aimed at enhancing professional efficiency, organizational ethics, and public service delivery under the Government of India’s Karmayogi mission.
A total of 26 participants representing CCRH institutes and units from Puri, Bhubaneswar, Siliguri, Agartala, Gangtok, Dimapur, Aizawl, and Guwahati actively took part in the programme. Their enthusiastic involvement throughout the sessions enriched the learning atmosphere and contributed to a highly productive training experience.
The programme was facilitated by two experienced Master Trainers — Dr. Amulya Ratna Sahoo and Dr. Vaishali Shinde — whose insightful presentations, interactive modules, and participatory discussions helped participants gain a clearer understanding of administrative competencies, behavioural skills, and performance enhancement tools. The trainers emphasized the significance of capacity building and continuous learning for strengthening institutional efficiency across all CCRH units.
Participants were deeply engaged in group activities, case discussions, and reflective exercises that highlighted the core values of the Karmayogi initiative. The collaborative environment fostered meaningful exchanges of ideas, best practices, and organizational perspectives among members from different regions.
The successful conduct of the programme reflects RRIH Guwahati’s commitment to promoting professional development within the Homoeopathy research network. The event concluded with positive feedback from all attendees, who expressed appreciation for the practical insights and structured modules delivered during the training.
The one-day Rashtriya Karmayogi Training Programme marked a significant step toward building a more skilled, motivated, and service-oriented workforce across CCRH institutions.
