Guwahati, 22 November: To clear extra rush, Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) has decided to extend the periodicity of one special train as per existing days of run, timings, stoppages and composition. Train no. 05932/05931 (Dibrugarh- Kolkata – Dibrugarh) have been extended for another 02 trips each in both directions as mentioned in an official statement given by Kapinjal Kishore Sharma, Chief Public Relations Officer. The details are as under:
Train No. 05932 (Dibrugarh - Kolkata) special departing from Dibrugarh on every Saturday at 17:00 hours to reach Kolkata on Monday at 00:30 hours has been further extended to run on 22nd and 29th November, 2025. In return direction train No. 05931 (Kolkata– Dibrugarh) special departing from Kolkata on every Monday at 02:30 hours to reach Dibrugarh on Tuesday at 6:30 hours has been extended to run on 24th November and 01st December, 2025.
The extension of these train services will benefit wait listed passengers of other trains running in these directions. The details of stoppages and timings of these trains are available at IRCTC website and are also being notified in various newspapers and social media platforms of N. F. Railway. Passengers are requested to verify the details before undertaking their journey.
